Less take stelar…. as I told Brendan on the phone the other day, I feel having a “call center” is not good. I had to call 5 times to get through to Trish at Subaru wh as I told Brendan on the phone the other day, I feel having a “call center” is not good. I had to call 5 times to get through to Trish at Subaru which is UNACCEPTABLE to resolve an issue with bill and visit. I got charged for my free tire rotation, was suggested to get a service that was already done and I was told Trish would call me back and she didn’t and then I find she said she never got the message….SO MUCH WRONG More
