My wife and I were shopping for a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. We were looking for a particular color combination and trim level. We started our shopping at Faulkner-Ciocca and went to several other dealers to n We were looking for a particular color combination and trim level. We started our shopping at Faulkner-Ciocca and went to several other dealers to negotiate for the car we wanted. None of the dealers we visited had the particular Jetta we were in the market for but all were willing to locate one for us. After a few days of shopping, we received a call from Jack Armbruster at Faulkner-Ciocca and he informed us that they just received a Jetta with almost everything we wanted. My wife and I returned to Faulkner-Ciocca the following day and Jack showed us the car. We really liked the car however, it was out of our price range. We informed him that we were shopping other dealers and had negotiated an acceptable price at another dealer. Jack told us that Faulkner-Ciocca would beat the price. After a few minutes, Jack returned with a price that beat the other dealer. Within minutes we were signing paperwork and would be able to pick the car up the following day. Our experience at Faulkner-Ciocca was excellent! My wife and I would NOT hesitate to recommended Faulkner-Ciocca to anyone looking for a new Volkswagen.
