I leased my first new car 4 years ago; a 2008 Rabbit from Faulkner-Ciocca. At the time, I was working in the area, so it was the dealership that was most convenient. I made the trip back up to Allentown rather than head to the one closest to me because I felt comfortable with the attention I'd get at Faulkner-Ciocca, and I was not disappointed. Norm was relaxed, friendly, and professional. I was able to make a decision about another lease without pressure, and I drove away in a new red Jetta and a slightly lower monthly payment. Upon my search for a vehicle whether used or new and after visiting many car dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. Im baffled at the fact that this dealership (FAULKNER-CIOCCA VOLKSWAGON) wasn't my starting after visiting many car dealerships in the Lehigh Valley.
