Tina was a great help, and made sure that all my questions were answered ahead of my trip to the dealership. Nick was very efficient in processing my paperwork for my new-to-me car. We bought a new 2023 Tiguan and are pleased thus far (2 weeks). Santiago was nice and professional. This dealership is not good at all. From the sales department to the service department. I will not be returning back to this dealership or referring this dealership. From the beginning From the sales department to the service department. I will not be returning back to this dealership or referring this dealership. From the beginning there were issues with the vehicle. I called them and told them immediately. The did help compensate for the issue. But now they’re charging 170 a hour to just look at the car. Not only that but the customer service is not good or helpful whatsoever. Normally I don’t write reviews but it’s been months with no anssistance and Ciocca Volkswagen has definitely lost a customer!
