Service center has become horrible to deal with. I had an issue with my washer fluid not coming out. I was given several excuses why it wasn't a mechanical problem until I pushed the issue and they found a line that had been pinched off. I also paid $100 for them to grease a squeaky brake pedal, which still squeaks. I have been waiting since December of 2023 for the door handle recall to be fixed. For over a year I was told that the parts were on back order and your technician can only do 1 car a week so I was on a wait-list. I was finally scheduled to have it fixed for today. I was contacted a couple weeks ago stating that parts were back ordered and I was again wait-listed but they would be able to do the software recall and I would be provided a loaner. When I arrived this morning I was informed that a loaner is not available and I should have been contacted Friday, which I was not. I did, however, receive a text message yesterday confirming my appointment for today. I cannot wait for my lease to be up, I will not be returning to Ciocca VW. More
This place is honestly criminal. I brought my Passat here for a power steering rack install. Brought my own because VW no longer makes them. It was the wrong rack. No problem. But it I brought my Passat here for a power steering rack install. Brought my own because VW no longer makes them. It was the wrong rack. No problem. But it took about 15 phone calls to be able to speak to anyone and it was a nightmare to coordinate or find anything out. I decided I’ll just pick the car up and take it elsewhere - they clearly aren’t interested in doing the job. No problem. I pick my car up and the bumper is TORN off of my car and my marker lights hanging out. I tell the service advisor. He has the absolute audacity to tell me it was from when I opened the hood in the parking lot which is just absolutely insane and impossible. The manager, Mark, was probably the rudest person I’ve ever had the privilege of talking to, can’t honestly believe he’s in service considering the entire time I was explaining the issue I was called a liar, corrected several times on my knowledge of vehicles (been in the industry for 10+ years) and was told that while I had photographic evidence I dropped my car off without damage. Mark informs me they take photos as well however unfortunately the girl who takes those photos just isn’t in today. Fine, whatever. He calls me the next day to confirm what I said that the CCTV footage shows me dropping the car off undamaged and me picking it up damaged. Then Mark follows that with saying that EVEN THOUGH I DROPPED IT OFF UNDAMAGED AND PICKED IT UP FROM THEIR LOT DAMAGED THAT IT DID NOT HAPPEN THERE. I was getting gaslit by a service manager at a dealership. Insane. I was told that it’s not their problem and it actually led to me having my boss intervene (we’ve been dealing with ciocca for 25 years) and making them aware they caused more than $1000 of damage to my car. They gave me $200 for a used bumper after lying to my face, destroying my car, not returning my calls and treating me with 0 respect. Mindblowing this place is still in business. Forgot to mention mark also stated he had CCTV footage of my car going in and out unscathed but when I asked for this footage I was told they don’t have it and the other camera footage is confidential. So. Don’t come here and if you do, take photos of all 4 corners of your car in their parking lot and your odometer. Or be smarter and go somewhere where customer service is actually customer service. I had a warning light appear on my dash of my 2019 Volkswagen Beetle which turned out to be some type of engine malfunction warning. I was advised not to drive the car until it was serviced. The schedulers gave me an appointment for two weeks in the future. I said that couldn’t I have an appointment sooner as I would have no transportation for that period of time. They basically said no. I suggested that they talk with the Service Department. After about 10 minutes they finally did contact the Service Manager and were able to get an appointment for me in two business days. This definitely is not an indication that as their advertising suggests that customers are their priority. More
I had to get a replacement key fob and was quoted a price of $225 all said and done by 2 different employees. Order the key 3 weeks later they still hadn’t called to tell me it was in only to find out it cam of $225 all said and done by 2 different employees. Order the key 3 weeks later they still hadn’t called to tell me it was in only to find out it came in 3 days after I ordered it and they “had forgotten to call”. I make the appointment drop the car go back the next day to pick it up and SURPRISE it’s $360. How do I get quoted the same price by to people only to be charged $135 more? Oh and the always fun list of everything under the sun they think they can get you to do to your car none of which actually needs to be done other than my oil change. That place sucks!!! This is why I drove 3 hours to get my car rather than to purchase one from them in the first place!! More
I always prefer to buy factory parts for all my cars. I recently spent $125 for an oil feed line for my 2003 jetta tdi. I got roughly 3 months out of it before it went bad and started leaking oil from the compression sleeve. I called the dealer to see if they have a parts warranty. Yes there is a parts warranty if I drop it off for one of their amazing factory vw techs to double check my certified technician work to make sure that the oil coming from the line is indeed that failure. I said thats fine but are you going to pay to have it towed, no they won't do that. Great customer service Ciocca Vw of Allentown More

After three weeks of getting the run around from the other dealer, the employees at Ciocca solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was so courteous and helpful from Ruby, who answered the phone, to the service person who handled the order and also the service people who took care of us the day the key was actually programmed. They took my stressful situation and did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience. I would recommend their service department to anyone! I will definitely check out their cars the next time I am in the market for a vehicle just because of the stupendous customer service! More

Service Dept The manager, Greg, was pleasant, the repair guys were efficient. They even buffed out some scratches caused by someone scraping the side of my car. Today I contacted the service dept for a small repair, something I couldn't do myself. I was expecting to make an appointment, but was told to come right in. They had it fixed in ten minutes and I was on something I couldn't do myself. I was expecting to make an appointment, but was told to come right in. They had it fixed in ten minutes and I was on my way. This uncommonly generous experience made my afternoon. Thanks, Rob. More
