I had been looking for a new car for a long time and wanted a 328 Convertable BMW. I had tried to buy the car from various dealerships through the normal sales channel, the showroom salesman. Eric Krentzman was informative, honest and fair in his evaluaiton of my trade in, the pre-owned cars on the lot and the finances and immediately knew what car was for me. financially, I did not have a lot of "wiggle" room and told him what I wanted to pay per month and how important safety was for my family and I. In less than 10 minutes I was sitting in the car that I would buy only an hour later. He walked me through everything that I asked him to and I did not feel rushed in any way. This was important since I knew very little about BMWs. It felt like something more than just a sale when I dealt with Eric and I was/am appreciative of that because of my bad experiences elsewhere. Since the day I bought the car I have called Eric a number of times and he has responded promptly and succinctly. My experience with this purchase has allowed me to not only ride in a car but to enjoy a car more than I ever have. When pulling into the parking lot, you realize that you will get a great car and that it will be serviced just fine, without hassles. The friendly receptionist introduced me to Mr Krentzman, who immediately made me feel at home with his 'just right personality', not pushy, not passive. He explained B M W to me, the dealership and it's duties as seller. a bit about himself, showed me around the dealership, introduced me to others,and then showed asked what type of car I was after. He presented the many different model B M W's to me, showed me several in the used lot, and after many back and forth questions, I settled on the 328 I model. The dealership had several used 328"s on the lot. With Mr Krentzman's support, I selected a silver, 2007. 328 I. Price negotiation was reasonable and fair, Mr Krentzman, compared other 328 prices to the selected one, with ease and on pressure. We went for a test drive, and that was it for me. The way it wa handled by Mr. Krentzman, I felt as if both He and Circle B M W were actually doing me a favor, by allowing me to own a B M W. The paperwork process was easy, again, Mr Krentzman explained everything and helped me fill out the paperwork. I picked up the, what now looked like a brand 'spankin' new car, after the week-end. I was presented with a complete review of every option and switch on the B M W by an Associate, presented the keys, by Mr Krentzman, and I was on my way. Overall, an easier and friendlier process then buy a pair of shows, albeit, slightly more expensive. More
