I arrived at Circle BMW hoping to get a new car. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who knew I had an appointment and put me in touch with the right person. Tony was my client advisor. He was super kind to me from the moment we met, and made me feel comfortable and confident in continuing my car search with him. Tony focused on the features I valued, and did not want me to settle for a car I would ultimately not love just because of the price point. At the end of my first meeting with him, I felt pretty confident about purchasing the car but wanted to explore other dealerships before committing. He was completely understanding and did not put any pressure on me, but he provided me with his phone number in case I wanted to touch base with him again before driving back to the dealership. After a couple of days of communicating over text, he had the car that I wanted ready for me when I arrived. He gave me a great deal, and was very patient with me as I continuously asked him questions about car features and the lease process. He was also very transparent with all of the fees and costs to show me exactly what I’d be paying for. He even transferred all of my belongings from my old car to the new BMW, as I wrapped up the paperwork inside. I left feeling very happy and confident with my purchase, and I felt completely taken care of. I am super happy with Tony and Circle BMW’s level of service and attention to detail and will be returning with my mother for her to purchase her new BMW! Thanks Tony & Circle BMW staff! More
