The intended effect of this review is primary to bring to everybody's attention the fact that in my previous review I gave Mr Robert Bilek, A CLEAR 5 The intended effect of this review is primary to bring to everybody's attention the fact that in my previous review I gave Mr Robert Bilek, A CLEAR 5 STARS, but for some reason unknown to me it appears as 4.8 only. Also, I want to emphasy the fact that Mr Bilek has worked with me, weeks after the purchase of my X5 BMW to resolve a very minor issue with one of my leather seats, he has been very helpful during this process making sure he always contact me and try to set the needed arrangements to work for the best of my interests. IT WOULD NOT BE FAIR THAT AN EMPLOYEE WORKING AS HARD AS MR BILEK IS WORKING FOR THE BEST OF EVERYONE'S INTERESTS (THE DEALER AND THE CUSTOMERS) EARNS 5 STARS AND ONLY 4.8 SHOWS, especially coming from someone like me who don't believe in midterms, as far as customer service goes. For me, there are only two reviews possible; EITHER 5 STARS OR 1 STAR and 4.8, clearly does not represent my intended scores. SO, THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW WHICH SHALL BE TAKEN AS FULL 5 STARS FOR BOTH, THE DEALER AND FOR MR BILEK. It should be notice that my first review was for the reason (SALES (USED)) and this one for (SERVICE) as it involved the correction of a minor issue with one of my seats, which at the same time has been resolved in an efficient manner. Seamless and pleasant experience I came in as a walk-in without an appointment and was able to test drive different models and begin narrowing down my decision as to my vehicle. I began my experience with Ed Garrigal, who was super pleasant and accommodating. I didn't make a purchase that same day as I was still shopping around, but Ed made sure to follow up just enough to let me know that he had cars in mind for me and he was interested in making a deal that was mutually beneficial for us. He got me back in the door a week later! Ed was busy with another client when I came in, so he handed me over to his colleague Robert Bilek, who was just as quick, helpful and efficient, closing the deal and finding me the exact car I was looking for in the price range that Ed and I had discussed the week prior. Robert was patient, answered all of my questions, and really took my interests into account. Great service, great teamwork, and an overall warm atmosphere. 5 stars to all- Robert, Ed and Circle BMW.
