Enjoying buying a car ,for a change. On Wednesday, June 4th. I visited Circle Infinity, with my husband Michael. My intention was just to look at the 2014 cars & compare to other brands On Wednesday, June 4th. I visited Circle Infinity, with my husband Michael. My intention was just to look at the 2014 cars & compare to other brands available before making a decision. D.J. was the salesman that greeted us upon our arrival. He is a very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable about the many components that go into making a car. DJ patiently listened to my concerns, requests and type of driver I am on the road. He helped guide me in the right direction as to what model would suit my needs with out being pushy! I respect that quality in a salesman. I felt so comfortable with DJ, I decided to buy an Infinity on the spot. DJ went above & beyond in finding the color & choice of my car that same day. Amazing!! I also had contact with Sherry Horelick, Marcus Bowles and Tony Marino. Each member of the Infinity staff worked with me & my husband to make sure we knew exactly what was available to us as Infinity owners and were very gracious. Saw a certified pre-owned car that I was interested in test driving and a relative referred me since they had just bought a vehicle too having a great experience as well. I was told to see Andy, who kindly greeted me then directed me to DJ Johnson for the test drive. As I waited a few moments to head out with him, a few others in the dealership were kind enough to greet me and make sure I was already being taking care of. (Love the acknowledgement and smiles) DJ was VERY professional, friendly and patient taking me for a decent test drive so I could feel every aspect of the vehicle on the main road, not just around the block like some other dealerships do. He offered all his expertise and info on the car while making sure he answered any questions I had!! It was so nice not to feel rushed and that I could take all the time I needed. I was pretty excited at that point and knew I wanted to buy it so we sat down at his desk feeling very comfortable with the sale and everything offered for their beautiful vehicles. DJ handled the process like clockwork and had me back the next day to take it home!! Upon returning the following day, again I was greeted with such friendliness and care from them. Thanks also to Kevin Reynolds who explained in detail, showing me how everything in the car works before I drove it off the lot and to Sherry Horelick who spoke and offered the fabulous warranty. I have worked with with Irwin Lieberman over the last twelve years and he is the sole reason I go to Circle. I actually live 90 minutes away in Rockland County NY and go to Circle even when there is a local Infiniti dealership ten minutes away. The whole team you work with is completely professional, I also appreciate that they walk you through all features on the car. Kevin Reynolds was the product specialist I worked with and he was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Again I would recommend Circle to my friends and colleagues based on my experience.
