"Great Customer Service"

- Regular Visitor

Purchased my M37 from Circle Infiniti eight years ago and have been having my car serviced there since then. One of the main reasons is Pam C., the service representative I have dealt with almost exclusively since my very first service visit. She is pleasant, technically knowledgeable and she knows her customers. Makes for a comfortable visit.

"Car troubles aren't a trouble with Annie!!"

If it weren't for bad luck I would have no luck, last night I picked my car up from an oil change and brake job, mind you it looked & ran better than the day I bought it thanks to Ann's knowledgable advice and recommendations. However, after idling in stopped traffic on a 100+ degrees day for over an hour I noticed that my car was driving strangely, it would buck when I accelerated and the service engine light came on. I called Circle Service and explained what happened and was told to bring the car back there right away and that it was concerning to her, and that if I felt uncomfortable to tell her so we could arrange a way to have it towed to her. VERY RARELY do people care about their customers in such a way! Knowing I cannot be without a car she assured me she would have a loaner ready and waiting. After a long nerve wrecking 30mph track down the parkway I got to Circle and was met by Yuri straight away who helped me remove my belongings and get settled into my choice of an immaculate QX50. Ann came right to the door and greeted me with her million dollar smile and made me feel so at ease. She had me in and out within 5 minutes without an appointment. Her STELLAR customer service is the main reason I keep returning to Infiniti for services on my car instead of going to a local shop that would charge half the price and give no where near half the service. Annie is also the person I recommend to EVERYONE I know that drives an infiniti and are looking for a service center, and she NEVER disappoints! Thank you for having such great staff between her and Yuri who is always beyond accommodating with me, keep up the great work Circle!!

"Infinitely Great Service"

The main reason for purchasing another car from Circle was the fact that I would be dealing again with a dealership, where I was certain that I would receive competent and caring service from a truly professional staff. My service rep, Pam, always goes that extra step to ensure that my needs are taken care of and that I get the most professional service possible. I have purchased some 16 new vehicles from 16 different dealerships, and I have found Circle Infiniti and Pam to be the best I have ever had to deal with.

I came to Circle for service on my pre-owned Q50 sport all the way from Westchester NY since Ann Maria was highly recommended by someone, and I can say she did not disappoint. From her attention to detail to her prompt service she is truly an exceptional member of the circle team. She set me up in a loaner within minutes of updating my information and had me in and out faster than I could have ever imagined. She really is an asset to the team and as long as she’s there circle’s service department has a forever customer!
