If it weren't for bad luck I would have no luck, last night I picked my car up from an oil change and brake job, mind you it looked & ran better than the day I bought it thanks to Ann's knowledgable advice and recommendations. However, after idling in stopped traffic on a 100+ degrees day for over an hour I noticed that my car was driving strangely, it would buck when I accelerated and the service engine light came on. I called Circle Service and explained what happened and was told to bring the car back there right away and that it was concerning to her, and that if I felt uncomfortable to tell her so we could arrange a way to have it towed to her. VERY RARELY do people care about their customers in such a way! Knowing I cannot be without a car she assured me she would have a loaner ready and waiting. After a long nerve wrecking 30mph track down the parkway I got to Circle and was met by Yuri straight away who helped me remove my belongings and get settled into my choice of an immaculate QX50. Ann came right to the door and greeted me with her million dollar smile and made me feel so at ease. She had me in and out within 5 minutes without an appointment. Her STELLAR customer service is the main reason I keep returning to Infiniti for services on my car instead of going to a local shop that would charge half the price and give no where near half the service. Annie is also the person I recommend to EVERYONE I know that drives an infiniti and are looking for a service center, and she NEVER disappoints!
