Deja from the internet sales team was wonderful — she got me all the preliminary details I needed before making the 4-hour drive, and did so quickly, even when I told her there was no rush. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Frantz, my salesperson, was absolutely the BEST! He was warm, patient, and genuinely cared about making this experience a good one. He even surprised me bagels and cream cheese for the trip home — talk about thoughtful!
