I placed a deposit on a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon but canceled the order first thing Monday morning after receiving a better price from another dealer. During the visit, they also used the “I need to ask my manager for a better price” approach, which did not feel particularly transparent. I never received a call back from Circle Subaru, and I never received a vehicle. Despite the cancellation, my credit card was still charged $2,500. I contacted the dealership several times to request that the charge be reversed, but the refund was never issued. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to resolve the matter. There are many other Subaru dealers in the area who do not use these pricing tactics, and I would encourage considering those options. More
