I live about a 160 miles away from this dealership. So I wasn't able to drive down there to look at vehicles. I noticed online they had the car I was looking for. I contacted my dealership sending them the wasn't able to drive down there to look at vehicles. I noticed online they had the car I was looking for. I contacted my dealership sending them the advertisement of the vehicle, to see if they could get the car for me. They were unable to offer me the great deal I got at City Ford. Thaddeus Dietrich & Joe Moravec went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership. Sent me a video inside and out of the vehicle along with pictures and several financing options available. Calling me several times throughout the day to answer any questions or concerns that I may have, making sure I was completely satisfied. They were willing and able to help me with everything that I asked. Thaddeus and Joe were such a pleasure to work with professional and courteous. The salesman Steve was so nice to me wh We purchased a Ford Edge from City Ford and it was one of the best experiences we have had from a dealership. The salesman Steve was so nice to me when i stopped by without my husband just to see what they had available. He was very informative about their stock and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He was not pushy or aggressive, as i find most car salesmen to be. He treated me with respect and without bias. I came back with my husband for a test drive and he had everything ready to go for us. Once we decided to buy the vehicle, he went thru the paperwork with ease and made the process seem easy. Joe the finance guy was just as awesome. He got us thru everything and out the door in no time at all. I appreciate the fact that both Joe and Steve stayed past the closing time to get us set up and everything completed in just a short time. I would recommend this place and these guys to anyone! More
