Rec'v call about a recall for a hitch cover. Made appt. Went in, service dep't was unaware of recall. Checked car,then told me they didn't have the part to fix it. It's now fixed. GREAT EXPERIENCE I worked with Charles Smith for the purchase of a 2020 Ford Raptor. He was very knowledgeable of the truck/features, etc and offered me additional se I worked with Charles Smith for the purchase of a 2020 Ford Raptor. He was very knowledgeable of the truck/features, etc and offered me additional services/detailing, etc. which I was happy to add. I was able to get ahold of him even on his day off or when he was not on the clock. That type of customer service is going away but not from Charles Smith and not from City Ford. I appreciate his work ethic and would buy a truck from him in the future. I bought the truck from out of state and didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealership doing the purchase/checkout. Charles was able to make the "checkout" process seamless where I could come in, get the truck and leave all in record time. Thank You More

No pressure Saw a vehicle we liked on the internet. We visited because because of that. We have never been there before this visit. The dealership was clean and spacious with good places for service. Our salesman, Travis, was the best. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with about almost anything. The deal was fairly seem less and no pressure. Using Ford Motor Credit with incentives did not have desirable rates but the process was still good. More
