Just in for oil change and tire rotation prior to taking a long road trip. Service writer was friendly and attentive. I needed new engine and interior air filters, however, was very disappointed to learn t a long road trip. Service writer was friendly and attentive. I needed new engine and interior air filters, however, was very disappointed to learn they were out-of-stock on needed engine and interior air filters. Also, indication was made on the inspection form that I needed a new left front wiper blade, but nothing was mentioned, so I assume those were out of stock also. Did not replace two tire caps that were missing since my last service, until I pointed this out. Appreciated the complimentary car wash. More

I was promised free tire rotations when I purchased tires from the previous owners. I was informed the new owners are not going to honor that. When it comes time for new tires again it’s extremely unlikely t from the previous owners. I was informed the new owners are not going to honor that. When it comes time for new tires again it’s extremely unlikely that I will purchase them from this dealer and I will probably look elsewhere for oil changes as well. More

I told service writer possible air bubble in cooling system. She said not possible cause the tech checked. She also said tech took my car and tried to duplicate the issue. But I told her it over heated system. She said not possible cause the tech checked. She also said tech took my car and tried to duplicate the issue. But I told her it over heated in a car wash on a 93 degree day. That wasn’t yesterday! Also she said tech did pressure test. But my coolant reservoir wasn’t full! I was charged a $100 for lies! More
