I needed major work done on my Jeep and Mike was very helpful. At first it was said that a loaner wasn’t an option but Mike made it happen! He is knowledgeable and communicated updates along the way. The best part was that my vehicle was finished earlier than expected. When I purchased my Jeep back in 2019 it was still owned by Schlossmans and I was impressed with their customer service. I was skeptical when I learned that they were bought out by City but the new owners are just as good. More
