I was pretty satisfied with the services before. This is the first time I have given them a neutral rate. I was shown both air filters and offered to replace them during the last oil change service. When I asked for the prices, I was confused with no numbers provided but a word like "high". How could I accept an offer without a clear price? So I simply asked to put them back. Thankfully, I did my research on them after I got home. Guess what I found, the cabin air filter was smashed back in the wrong way (90 degrees angled) so that it was crumpled and left open airways. I am glad that I checked and replaced it before any further damages from it. I pray for them all to do well. More
