Had an appointment for 815 am for an oil change. Me plus 4 other people waited for over three hours. Complained to multiple people nothing ever happened. People who got there for their 945am appoint Me plus 4 other people waited for over three hours. Complained to multiple people nothing ever happened. People who got there for their 945am appointment for their oil change got theirs done before mine and another gentleman who had an appointment for 800am. Whoever I spoke to when I was there was extremely rude as well. More

Took the car for a recall, inspection was done and drove felt better after too, assuming checked other minor stuff too.
