My experience was wonderful! I was greeted right away, and the oil change took only about 30 minutes. At other dealerships it takes hours. Also the person who assisted me (David) I was greeted right away, and the oil change took only about 30 minutes. At other dealerships it takes hours. Also the person who assisted me (David) was awesome. He was so kind and patient. It meant a lot after having bad experiences at other places. I hope he gets recognized! More

The length of time to get an oil change with an appointment was a little excessive. They were very accommodating to provide the needed service to my vehicle while I was away on a trip. Upon returning I was informed they discovered something else that could create a problem in the fut service to my vehicle while I was away on a trip.
