I was ultimately helped by Alejandro, who was friendly and patient, but at the same time, efficient. He had a welcoming smile in person and was just as pleasant when he called to let me know I could pick up my car. On my way out of the dealership, 2 different people said thanks and have a great day and then a gentleman grabbed the door for me! More

I had City service change my oil in my Fiat 124 Spider. I than asked Adam why I couldn't see my antifreeze level. He said he would get his service people to check this out. He then told me I had a coolant I than asked Adam why I couldn't see my antifreeze level. He said he would get his service people to check this out. He then told me I had a coolant leak I couldn't see myself, he then ordered the parts. Now it took a few weeks because it's kind of a rare car but once he got the parts he got his service people to install them within a day or two. I can hardly complain. More

Brought my Jeep in Tuesday morning, was provided and estimate of around $1,700-1,800 on by Wednesday morning. Friday came and i was told when I called at noon I'd be picked up that evening to be provide estimate of around $1,700-1,800 on by Wednesday morning. Friday came and i was told when I called at noon I'd be picked up that evening to be provided transportation to the dealer location; but when I called again at 5pm, no one was apparently assigned to come so a salesman was dispatched. Then when I reviewed the itemized list of work, it came out to $3,300. I was never contacted regarding this amount. More

Upon entering the dealership, Ryan was already walking up to us, he just had this confidence about him that we just trusted him, immediately he lead us to the right vehicle, exactly what we were looking for, to us, he just had this confidence about him that we just trusted him, immediately he lead us to the right vehicle, exactly what we were looking for, he found us the color and put together a great deal, Ryan was so knowledgeable about everything that we we’re totally comfortable with the deal, Ryan is a truly “fun” salesman, very comfortable and enjoyable to work with. Brian was a great finance guy, you could trust him, he never stumbled through any paperwork because he knew his business and we felt that. One other thing, I think it was the GM, can’t remember his name, but in 38 years we never purchased a extended warranty on anything, but with all involved he and Brian sold us the four year deal, to us, we were very pleased and satisfied that we made the right decision.
