Had a scheduled appointment for my first needed service since purchasing my Jeep last year. After nearly 30 minutes, I was informed that they didn't have the oil filter needed for this routine maintenance. since purchasing my Jeep last year. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected when dropping off my vehicle for service due to a staffing shortage.
