Cristian the Sales person that helped me was great. The 1st person said he was helping then was seen 5 mins later helping another couple. We had to ask for help and. Christian stepped up. He helped us The 1st person said he was helping then was seen 5 mins later helping another couple. We had to ask for help and. Christian stepped up. He helped us look at cars, took 2 test drives and got our trade in evaluated. He fought for a deal deal on the price of a new car and was able to get our trade value increased. The overall process took longer than we had hoped for but ultimately we got the car we wanted and even had to stay after business close. Christian is kept us informed throughout the process entirely. He even reached out on his next work day to see how we were liking our new vehicle. Recommend seeing Christian if looking to visit City KIA and getting a car. Thanks again More
