I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The service manager, Frank, was rude and unprofessional from start to finish when I questioned 3 unauthorized services performed on my vehicle. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. This issue is not about the cost of the services, but about the lack of honesty, transparency, and basic respect shown to a long time customer.
