I engaged with this dealership regarding a newly listed used vehicle. Despite consistent communication over five days, they delayed the inspection and, upon realizing their underpricing, added optional ite used vehicle. They also falsely claimed my out-of-state financing was unacceptable, which was not the case with reputable dealers like Sewell. The following day I was informed the price had increased by $3,000, contradicting our prior discussions. The sales manager's dismissive attitude and lack of follow-through were unprofessional. This dealership's unethical practices and lack of transparency are concerning. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution. More
