Don't trust them - buyer beware! I live in Tampa, but was willing to make the drive to Jacksonville for a good price on a 2016 Audi A4 with 29K miles. No issues visible in the online I live in Tampa, but was willing to make the drive to Jacksonville for a good price on a 2016 Audi A4 with 29K miles. No issues visible in the online photos, and I spoke to 2 different people on at least 5 occasions and explicitly asked, "before I drive 3 hours to see this car are there any issues with it that aren't on the CarFax or the pictures?" I was assured it was perfect with no issues each time. As we drove up they had the car pulled up front, and from 50 feet away I could see a large dent and a scrape on the passenger side that wasn't visible in the online photos. Things weren't starting off well. I drove the car and mechanically it seemed fine, but I was not at all happy they hadn't mentioned the dent and it didn't give me much confidence in anything they told me moving forward. They told me they had a dent guy that could fix it while we waited (I dragged my daughter with me to drive my other car back to Tampa in case I purchased the car) but just looking at the damage, which started on the front passenger door, was extensive on the rear door and continued on the right rear fender, I had serious doubts this would happen. After 2 hours of waiting, it didn't. To be fair, after several more hours and multiple conversations with the sales manager, general manager, and service manager, they agreed to fix the damage and ship the car to Tampa, which they did. The repair was acceptable, but not great, and the car was delivered to me a week later. Also, I have to say that dealing with the service advisor during that process was a positive experience - I think he's the only person I dealt with who actually told me the truth. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. I had also asked multiple times while I was at the dealership if the car had been serviced, checked out thoroughly and the oil changed recently, and was assured that it had. Because they hadn't been truthful with me on much else, however, I immediately took the car to Audi of Tampa to have it checked. When they ran the initial diagnostic, it did say that the 30K service interval had been performed, but when they dug a little deeper they discovered that none of it had actually been done - that the service interval and oil change indicators had simply been reset. The amazing part was that they also discovered that the car had an AudiCare package on it which was transferrable, so if City Mitsubishi had bothered to take the car to an authorized Audi service center the work would have been performed at no cost. Needless to say, I had Audi of Tampa actually perform the work under the AudiCare package, which would have cost around $3K out of pocket. Look, this isn't my first time buying a used car and I know you take your chances regardless of who you deal with, but in today's world where everything is transparent online I would think an "authorized" dealership would be a bit more concerned about their reputation. Take a look at some of the other reviews of this dealership. They have a history of not disclosing major issues with cars that they obviously know about. This is an old-school, say whatever you need to say to get the sale dealership, there are too many other ways to buy a car these days, and you could probably do just as well at the buy here, pay here, Crazy Eddie dirt lots. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! There is a reason they have a 2 out of 5 stars on dealerrater.com. I wish I would have researched reviews before stepping foot in this awful place. They are dishonest and vultu a 2 out of 5 stars on dealerrater.com. I wish I would have researched reviews before stepping foot in this awful place. They are dishonest and vultures. They intentionally withheld information regarding issues with a car I purchased and had no solutions other than for me to deal with it. They do not care about their unethical business practices. They enthusiastically reached out to me several times about resolving my car issues and made me an appointment. When I arrived their solution was to sell me another car!!! How do you sleep at night selling people crap cars and then not fixing the problems! I work in a field where I have a HUGE network of associates that I will make sure NEVER go to this place. News4jax needs to expose this place! More
Purchased a pretty nightmare I live in Texas and made a huge mistake buying a car on the internet. Outside was ok. Front spoiler was actually cracked and entire front looked like I live in Texas and made a huge mistake buying a car on the internet. Outside was ok. Front spoiler was actually cracked and entire front looked like someone threw rocks at it, lots of rocks. R front idle arm was snapped in half . Entire underlayment was gone and underside steel pan had a 12” circular dent in the center. Water in amplifier compartment that blew the idrive fiber optics, $5000 repair. Pieces missing off the convertible roof. So far about $15,000 repairs. Now, aft ear saying that this was a car that we were assured by the salesman was in perfect condition. Interior full of dirt, not dirty, but full of dirt. So do I send the bills to get the car in their perfect description they claimed to them? Stay far far away from this dealership. And DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THEY OFFER ON THE INTERNET. More
This is the worst dealership in the world. They are extremely pushy to make a sale and immediately want to run credit. Any intelligent person will get treated terrible for pushing back and showing know extremely pushy to make a sale and immediately want to run credit. Any intelligent person will get treated terrible for pushing back and showing knowledge. We bought a brand new suv after going back and forth for weeks. As soon as we bought it, the xxxx began. We asked for the second key and apparently it was locked up in the service department. The detailers washed the car THREE times and it came back scratched, water marks, and smeared windows. Apparently the main detail guy was not in. The salesman took the suv down to fill it up and it came back HALF full. So after expressing our frustration the manager came to us, and told us to come back next week and they would buff out our brand new vehicle they scratched as well as fill it up, and we would get our second key. We came back during the week after letting them know the exact time and the detailer still was not there! The service department buffed the scratches out, they filled the suv to 3/4, did not wash the suv, and apparently the key machine was down. So once again we were told, they would order the key fed ex it to our address. After a week, I reached out and was told we had to come in to get the key programmed to the car. So we made an appointment for 10:00am today. At 10:45 the manager lady told us the key guy has not showed up for work and we would have to come back AGAIN or we can wait for him to arrive. We purchased the Outlander on January 25th and have yet to get its initial cleaning, first fill up, and it's second key. ALL of which is on the paperwork from Mitsubishi. I can not express enough for anyone looking for a vehicle to STAY AWAY! We will not return back other then to HOPEFULLY receive our key. More
THE NIGHTMARE IN THE CITY This has been the worst car buying experience by far that I have ever been experienced. My wife and I bought a Mercedes Bentz 4matic from this deale This has been the worst car buying experience by far that I have ever been experienced. My wife and I bought a Mercedes Bentz 4matic from this dealership in good faith, thinking that we were getting a very competitive price on the vehicle. Little did we know, the competitive price of the vehicle was just that on the vehicle only. The customer service and the lack of attention to detail that this dealership showed my wife and I, left us wondering if we should have just bought the vehicle from the Mercedes dealership right down the street. I could write a whole story of all the problems that we faced during this toxic relationship with this dealership but I am not going to waste anybody's time like this dealership has wasted our time. Needless to say, is that we bought the vehicle at the beginning of January and surprising I can count on one hand how many times that my wife and I have driven the vehicle combined. Currently, it is at a body shop that the dealership promised to fix the issues that we addressed at the beginning of the deal. Well to date it has been a month and the information that was provided to us didn't make any economical business sense. This leaves us to question the legitimacy of this dealership. What kind of dealership treats their customers this way? The only one that I know is on the black market in the movies. Never in real life did I imagine a car dealership treating their customers or anyone for that matter this way. I would say this is bad business but that would not even do the treatment that we have experienced thus far any justice. Bad business is when you order the wrong meal at Mcdonalds or get a bag full of cold fries. This is beyond bad business and I am ashamed that a dealership is this oblivious to the word, "customer service." Moreover, they have a sign stating that "they value their customers. " Yea I am sure. Maybe they should put a sign stating that they value their customers' money but not them as human beings. Considering the foregoing, I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. If there was a rating below zero this dealership would be three stars below that. More

Once they take your money their phone system speaks to confirm my accusations. Staff is very rude. CC or Candice and others. Probably one and same person. They even get personal with customers. I gave them one star because that is the lowest i can apply to their SCAM. They DO NOT want to do any work AT ALL. BBB needs to close them down. More

4 day after buying my care there were issues I was looking for a larger car to better transport my handicap mom. I thought I had found the perfect car. A Kia Sorento with lots of room for her. T I was looking for a larger car to better transport my handicap mom. I thought I had found the perfect car. A Kia Sorento with lots of room for her. There were some cosmetic issues that the dealer agreed to fix. Made promises about replacing an armrest, getting floor mats and having a 2nd key made. No mention of engine problems at all. Car has a check engine light on 4 days from the dealership! They are now wanting to trade out not fixing the arm rest, not providing the floor mats and not giving a second key to repair the check engine light. We own a Mitsubishi and have had our car serviced there before and thought they could be trusted, What a joke! I wish I had done more research and read some of these reviews. What kind of dealership thinks it okay to have a check engine light come on four days into ownership and not take responsibility and fix the problem. Lesson learned the hard way! If you work hard and expect to be treated fairly you won't find that at City Mitsubishi, Please buy your car somewhere else and don't give these dishonest folks any of your money. They'll be cooperative and negotiable to make the sale but it ends there. Now we are stuck with a check engine light on and an uneasy feeling about our cars dependability and it leaving me and my handicapped mom stranded on the side of the road. Way to go City! I hope you feel comfortable treating your customers this way. More
