This place was great. First I went to the Volkswagen in Orland Park. They had me waiting for about 20 to 30 minutes even after I had a 1pm test drive appointment nobody sa First I went to the Volkswagen in Orland Park. After waiting 20 to 30 mins I had got a phone call from Diego asking me if I would like to come in for a test drive. I explained to him the situation and let him know I was in Orland Park Volkswagen dealer waiting and no one came over to me yet. He was really nice and said I could come here to 5330 W Irving Park and they would take care of me right away. I came and they did just that. Charles Diaz took really good care of me helping me, explaining everything to me. He was really nice and everyone else here. I feel like I feel like I made a new friend and I don't feel like I got got. Charles even let me charge my phone at his desk after the sale was finish because my battery went dead and I didn't have the new IPhone charger to plug in my car. This Volkswagen was really great. I was skeptical to even answer the follow up email because it tends to be an automated response. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was an actual person. I worked with Eddie Valadez.
