Very good experience… AGAIN! We all have a guy for something. My guy is Edgar Anaya. I have multiple cars from this guy. He knows his Volkswagens. He has always addressed my needs and as a result I drive off happy. This time I got a Tiguan SEL RLine…. Oof! Sexy car! The signing part is fast and easy. I always get Ernie and he’s super nice. Knowledgable about the warranty. Explained the whole contract in detail and made sure I was satisfied. Overall the dealership is great. It’s obviously managed by people who care about the brand and in my opinion have ensured that that everyone from the porters to the service guys are well trained. Smiles+courtesy+knowledge=a good dealership I recommend City VW. More
