We could only stop in on Saturday and he made sure to have a few vehicles set aside for us (some that we were already looking into and some that he had recommended). We went in just to view but at the end of the day we purchased a new 2022 vw Taos and it was by far the best experience! Edgar made the process so easy as he was highly knowledgeable and patient with my dad and I (we asked hundreds of questions since this was my first ever time buying a car!!). I came in not entirely sure that I was going to make a purchase. I saw a Tiguan for 23.000 on the website and came in with intentions to only look at that vehicle. Then I met George. He made me feel at home and made my 30.000 Tiguan with that nice moon roof super easy to buy. All of my experiences at other dealerships were….not great (Muller Volkswagon Highland Park). However I ended up taking a test drive which ended in George and I drinking Starbucks in the neighborhood leaning on my new car. We shook hands and I came in the next afternoon with a blank check. The guys a rock star! Car had a dent in it and George got his manager Diego to agree to take care of it for me; I love these guys! Best dealership in the city! More
