After sitting down and discussing the pros and cons, Alex actually found me a 2021 Passat. I had originally come in for a used vehicle but he thoroughly explained the carfax report, let me test drive, and answer all my questions. He was super personable, down to earth, and made my experience smooth. As a woman it can be particularly intimidating going into a high purchase situation. The experience was low stress and fun! I am so thankful that this was the car I ended up with, and that I had Alex to get me through my milestone of purchasing my first new car. More
