My wife and I were talking about buying a car while living in the city, so we started doing some research on what we would like. We shall say that this was our very 1st experience dealing with a dealer living in the city, so we started doing some research on what we would like. Our sales person was Alex and we had a SUPER PLEASANT EXPERIENCE with him right at the start @ City VW of Chicago. From the time I called the dealership to make an appointment with Erick to see the car we liked, when got to the dealership, and the rest of the process, Alex made it all a wonderful experience for us. The good news is that we bought the car we went for, we love it and it is running smoothly (of course we are not putting too much mileage on it). Again thank you Alex for being honest with us, your good friendly attitude and your professionalism. If we want to buy the 2nd car certainly CVW will be the place we will go again and ask for Alex to sell us the car. More

I researched the VW Atlas for a couple weeks and contacted numerous dealers to see who had the best inventory, price, customer service, etc..
