I went to VW Chicago on Irving Park Road to have my car serviced and while there I went and looked at their new cars. Michael Jatkowski was nice enough to show me cars even though I expressed to him that serviced and while there I went and looked at their new cars. Michael Jatkowski was nice enough to show me cars even though I expressed to him that I was at least two months away from purchasing a new car. He showed me a 2021 Arteon and I fell in love with the car. Again, even though I said I was months away from a purchase, he allowed me to take the car for a test drive. 24 hours later and my new car is sitting in my garage! The service from Michael was excellent. He never pushed me to do anything and was upfront about what the dealership could do on the car. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend Michael if you want to have a great experience with buying a car. More
