Ignores inquiries about getting plates after purchasing car Living in Missouri. Bought car from Autobarn City Volkswagen in Chicago. After mailing in all paperwork to obtain Misouri plates three days after pu Living in Missouri. Bought car from Autobarn City Volkswagen in Chicago. After mailing in all paperwork to obtain Misouri plates three days after purchasing the vehicle, it took more than 18 days for the dealership to mail in the paperwork to process plates. Numerous calls and emals not returned. Poor follow-through. 30 day permit now expired and no plates. Not at all impressed with service. Seems this dealership is not interested in "100% positive customer experience." Go to another VW dealer. More

They made it work I worked with Eddie to buy out my car and he was very helpful, gave me all the information i needed and asked for and made sure everything was ready f I worked with Eddie to buy out my car and he was very helpful, gave me all the information i needed and asked for and made sure everything was ready for the day when I came in for the paper work and certification.
