Wonderful dealership. I came in to City looking to buy a new Jetta. I mostly delt with JP Scala. He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He was so nice. We had a very long and exhaustive car shopping search, but left City VW feeling very happy and taken car of. The dealership was by far the most transparent and helpful, which was great to find after round but left City VW feeling very happy and taken car of. The dealership was by far the most transparent and helpful, which was great to find after round after round of obfuscation from other dealerships. They were very close to lowest price, but we still went with them because good service should be rewarded. David was our Sales rep and was very delightful during the whole experience. As we were leaving we thought the gas tank was on empty, he quickly came back to check (it was already 45min after close), and helped us better understand the gages and systems in the car. Definitely our mistake, but a good demonstration of the care they put into their customer experience. Mark in the finance department was also great to work with - fair, objective, and helping add understanding so we could make the best decision. Great experience overall! More

Most of the dealers want to go right away to your credit score; Ray, instead took me to the lot, let me look at the vehicle then offered me test drive. Through entire transaction he was attentive and doing the best he can to expedite financing process. Gentleman who handled financing portion was very professional and made process as smooth as possible. With Ray's experience , and customer service i was able to leave dealership satisfied. More

He went above and beyond with service to keep me updated throughout the day to ensure that I got the car I wanted. I can't say enough good things about him and his service. He worked hard with his manager, Sam Lotta, to make sure I got a fair price for the vehicle I wanted as well. Woould recommend this location and service to anyone. More
