I have been to a number of car dealerships and never have I been treated with top-of-the-line hospitality like this one. I felt more like a guest in someones home than a customer. Additionally, I stretched myself financially and while waiting for the process in the lobby Ernie was like a tour guidest, expressing to me how good the restaurant across the street was and how great the food was so he insisted I go over and try them out. Unfortunately, they didn't have an ATM so I couldn't get money so I returned to the dealership and Ernie stopped me outside like how was the food and I told him my dilemma, and he pulled out his card and told me to go over there and eat, tell them that Ernie sent you. He made me feel like a superstar and important. To Autobarn VW, you can't buy the genuine care for customers like this so if you haven't already given this man a raise and he's going places.
