Excellent Experience! My family purchased a Certified used VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI from Autobarn City. Our experience with purchasing vehicles is very limited and David Ca My family purchased a Certified used VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI from Autobarn City. Our experience with purchasing vehicles is very limited and David Campos was amazing through the entire experience from the test driving to the day we drove our new car off the property. With the car being slightly used and from out of state, there were a few items missing like the front license holder and a couple of the round hub caps on the tires. David made sure to get those items addressed (at no cost) even after we signed on the bottom line. He went above and beyond to make sure we had made the right choice and got the car we wanted. Throughout the process David was an advocate for us and our concerns when it came to dealing with the sales manager. Additionally, David was understanding with our impatient 4yr old and put a movie on for her. To top it all off, Mark the Finance Manager walked us through the purchasing process, we left feeling comfortable and thrilled with our purchase. I would highly recommend Autobarn City and David Campos! More

Above and Beyond Experience at the Autobarn City VW I absolutely love my Tiguan VW that was purchased at the Autobarn through JP. From the second we walked in JP couldn’t have been more accommodating, s I absolutely love my Tiguan VW that was purchased at the Autobarn through JP. From the second we walked in JP couldn’t have been more accommodating, spending hours answering questions, helping me decide which model was best suited for me and deciding on the color. We never felt rushed or any pressure to make a decision quickly. JP really took the time to explain everything to us. He even came in on his day off to get me my car ASAP from another dealership so my family wouldn’t have to keep paying for a rental.
