Good experience with certified used car purchase I recently purchased a certified used Touareg from City VW. The sales rep who assisted me, Mohammed Ali, was very courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and worked hard to ensure that we ended up with a sales price that satisfied both me and his sales manager. I would have rated this as a five star experience except for the length of time it took to complete the sale after we had agreed on the price. There appeared to be only one person, Clemente, who handled the paperwork to complete sales transactions. He was just starting with another customer at the point I was ready, so it was quite some time before he completed his work with that customer and had the paperwork prepared to work with me. Clemente was very professional and personable and once we got started the process went quickly. A few days after the purchase Mohammed called me to follow-up and make sure that I was happy with the car. Ask for Mohammed if you visit City VW. More
