She walked in without an appt and was well taken care of by JP, who did not pressure her for a quick sale, like some car salesmen often do. She came home happy telling me about how she loved the car and how friendly and genuine JP treated her. The next day I met with JP, test drove the car, and bought it immediately. He went over EVERYTHING thoroughly and even had me meet the asst service manager (justin) to take care of some questions and concerns I had about the vehicle. Justin was very warm and immediately took care of my concerns with an immediate solution to my requests.
