Pleasant Experience I brought a used Jetta that I recently purchased to the Autobarn in Chicago. On the backburner I contacted this dealer (from out of state) to purchase a certified pre-owned Touareg hybrid. I spoke with Darren the first day but never was in conta I contacted this dealer (from out of state) to purchase a certified pre-owned Touareg hybrid. I spoke with Darren the first day but never was in contact with him again. Rich, a finance manager there took my calls and we spoke over several days after I had filled out the credit application. I was told I was "on the backburner", that the customers in the showroom had to be dealt with first, and that he would "get to me eventually." That day never came. They ran my credit and never bothered to give me back any news as to whether I was approved or not for the vehicle finance. I sent an email to Darren, never heard back. This happened amidst the VW scandal. I thought they would have wanted to sell a car... I had no choice but to buy from somewhere else. More
