I spoke with Darren the first day but never was in contact with him again. Rich, a finance manager there took my calls and we spoke over several days after I had filled out the credit application. I was told I was "on the backburner", that the customers in the showroom had to be dealt with first, and that he would "get to me eventually." That day never came. They ran my credit and never bothered to give me back any news as to whether I was approved or not for the vehicle finance. I sent an email to Darren, never heard back. This happened amidst the VW scandal. I thought they would have wanted to sell a car... I had no choice but to buy from somewhere else. More

Great Experience I had called to possibly purchase a Volkswagen CC. Unfortunately I could not come in to view the car until the week after but the sales guy I talked to Ray Cotto was fantastic. He kept up to date with me and kept checking back in. The day I was supposed to view the car, someone else got there before me and was ready to purchase the car. Ray gave me a call to give me a heads up that there was another customer prepared to purchase that car the same day. Thanks to Ray I was able to get into the dealership on time, he worked out a great deal with his manager and I was able to drive out with my first car and not the other guy. Ray was absolutely welcoming, informative and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better sales guy. Ray you're the best and my family absolutely loved you as well. The ca Selected upwards of 5 dealerships in the Chicago-land area that I was looking to buy a 2014 Audi S4 from and this dealer was by far the best. The car had 8k miles on it and was factory/showroom new in condition. Not a flaw. That seems to be how they roll. During the sale, they were more than fair. Not the cheapest but then I wanted the best quality and that never is. After the sale Conrad in Service and Dan Keric and Thijs DeKool were 10 out of 10 for insuring my needs were met including even wrapping the car for protection while being delivered back to me in Ohio! What a great way to set the stage for delivery. Kudo's and thanks! Conrad even followed up with me one week later to insure the service work they performed (add ons) to the vehicle were 100% to my satisfaction. To all shopping for a car, understand they do what they say they are going to do. To all the other dealers that I wasn't about to spend $50k with, this is how it's done....learn from them!
