Once it was delivered, I decided to go in for the 20k I bought my 2016 Golf GTI from Carvana a little over a month ago with almost 20,000 miles on it. Once it was delivered, I decided to go in for the 20k tune-up a little early. The folks at the Autobarn not only found a major problem with the engine, they also diagnosed a problem with the aftermarket sports package on the vehicle. Carvana uses a 3rd party for insurance claims, and the Autobarn dealt with them like a boss. They kept me up-to-date and well-informed throughout the whole process, and even gave me a few pointers on dealing with the insurance company. Great service, great advice. More
