What can I say about Shawn Kohli? First, he is incredibly customer focused. He truly seems to want each buyer to have a great experience and leave with the car of their current dreams at the best incredibly customer focused. To make a long story short, within 2 hours we had negotiated a terrific deal on a 2012. Shawn gave us a more than fair deal for our car and an unbelievably low price on the 2012. The finance manager made the deal essentially an even trade. Shawn was super friendly, low pressure and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Drove over 500 miles just on Bojan Kokanovic's assurance that the dealership would honor its trade-in estimate on my old car, and the sale price on the used car I wanted to buy.
