Service doesn't disappoint!!!! My 2011 Jetta TDI had an air conditioning problem and I brought it into Highland VW. I didn't buy it from them and I haven't been a client for service My 2011 Jetta TDI had an air conditioning problem and I brought it into Highland VW. I didn't buy it from them and I haven't been a client for service and they knew I am headed to the east coast yet they treated me as if I had been there from day one. Turned out my air conditioning pump failed and needed replaced. Luckily I have the Platinum Warranty from VW which was worth every penny to buy. I also had them do an oil change and brake flush. They had all that done in two days even with having to order a pump overnight. Sheryl Casey my service rep. was awesome she walked me through every process and kept me at ease with what needed to be done. The price for service is better than fair compared to less competent VW dealers in Lake County Indiana. They installed a new compressor which Fidelity Warranty paid for without issue and returned my awesome TDI to me all clean and shiney. They are a branch off from Orland Park VW in illinois and have been in the area for about a year. If you own a VW especially a TDI this is the place to take it for competent and fair priced service.. If you'd like to own one I'd say this would be the place to look to buy one from and have them keep it well serviced!! More

We had an almost 2 hour drive but after this I would never hesitate to drive to them again to buy a vehicle. The Volkswagen dealership near me never called me back even after I made several calls to them. One call to Highland and that was so nice we decided to go and see the vehicle of our choice. CJ and Bruce are a dream team and made it wonderful to buy a new 2014 Tiguan. I love my Tiguan and If I needed another you can bet I would go back to them without hesitation. The dealership is spotless, clean and comfortable. We have even taken the Tiguan in for its 30 day inspection and the service was just as great as the sale. Fast and friendly. Everything was explained so well and Sean was fantastic even told us about other things to do to maintain the Tiguan and he answered the few questions we had some great tips for us as well. Thank you very much Highland and I will be referring and letting anyone know who asks the dealership I purchased my Tiguan from. More
