Things started off great with initial outreach and inventory search for the exact vehicle I wanted and the salesperson, Brian, was great to work with throughout. When it came to financing and working with the team there, my experience was not as enjoyable. There was a very long wait time and a request to complete even more paperwork and pay more money after the deal was "closed" and paperwork signed the previous day. I was expecting to only pick up the keys to the car that following day since it had to be shipped. I expressed my disappointment and they understood, apologized and was very accommodating. They paid the fees that were overlooked and thanked me for doing business at their dealership. Overall, good experience and will be back to find a VW for my husband. More
