The absolute worst buying experience I have ever had in my entire life despite buying their most expensive vehicle. No call backs, parts missing, had to handhold and follow up with numerous calls and emai my entire life despite buying their most expensive vehicle. No call backs, parts missing, had to handhold and follow up with numerous calls and emails at every stage. Dealer did not seem interested or to know how to sell a vehicle. Price offered was higher than their posted advertisement on-line for the same exact vehicle which the sales department was unaware of. Sales reps requested down payments on their personal credit cards and ID information via personal cell phones -- sales guy was drunk at a party when I called during hours for followup. Car driven over 20 miles unauthorized after purchase. Vehicle scratched down all the way through paint below under-carriage and on bumper after sales before pickup. Car not cleaned upon receipt -- food pastry crumbs on seat and floor. Parts not installed and charged additionally to fix. Numerous follow-up calls and emails including to GM without return or resolution. Having to resolve car issues with other dealership for additional charges. Didn't even get a thank you call or note upon purchase. Have never had a more unfriendly, unprofessional experience. More
