No integrity. I purchased my car a week ago from Corey. The night before the blizzard Corey informed me that my car would be detailed and a full tank of gas when I I purchased my car a week ago from Corey. After leaving the dealership I realized that I did not have the administrator key for my new car. Without the administrator key you can not use many of the important features of the car. I have been calling for a week about the key. I was informed that the paper work was being sent into service and to schedule a service appointment. Before arriving to service, I called to ensure that the paperwork was sent over. This was not the case. I called several more times after being put on hold I decided to go into the dealership. After arriving to the dealership I was asked to wait over an hour for help. They have only stated that Corey, the person who sold me the car, no longer works there. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service especially since the ink is barley dry. It is clear and evident that they do not value their customers. Most importantly lack integrity when selling. More

buy a car from them but don't finance it through them I would buy a car from there, but you have to be aware of what is not included in the price. But I won't finance it through them. He said I couldn't negotiate the interest and I cannot refinance it until after three payments. The contract says that interest rate is negotiable and there is no any clause that says I cannot refinance when I want. Actually, I contacted the bank that finance our car and I was informed that it is up to me when to refinance. More
