Got the 2016 SUV that we wanted Went in to "just look" and found my Salesman Mr. Ariel Rodriguez. Although I was confused by trims and packages, Ariel helped keep me on the right tr Went in to "just look" and found my Salesman Mr. Ariel Rodriguez. Although I was confused by trims and packages, Ariel helped keep me on the right track. We had visited other dealerships, but could not take the ":hard sell" approach. Mr. Rodriguez stood back, answered my questions, and retreated, till I "needed him again". (Very perceptive of him to "read my feelings" about not being pressed) That worked for us (my husband and myself). We took our time and explored options and packages. Mr. Rodriguez took us for test drives, and allowed us time to consider our options. I have never felt so comfortable with making a big ticket purchase. We decided on the Santa Fe Sport with the Ultimate package. This vehicle has all the "Perks" that we wanted, Once we decided which vehicle we wanted, this (took a few weeks) Ariel made every effort to locate the SUV that we wanted, and had it ready for delivery within two days. Mr. Salazar made the calls, and financing was available that day. All in all I have nothing but good things to say about City World. I also want to thank the Receptionist for being such a nice person to deal with on the phone and in person. More
