repeat customer I recently returned to City World to meet with Briant Rosa as my lease on a 2016 Tucson was expiring. He had assisted me with that lease and I looked I recently returned to City World to meet with Briant Rosa as my lease on a 2016 Tucson was expiring. He had assisted me with that lease and I looked forward to working with him again. The experience did not disappoint. I was uncertain as to the direction I wanted to take, purchase off lease, buy/lease new Tucson or upgrade to a Santa Fe. He patiently worked through all the options with me clarifying the situation as we eliminated acquiring a new Tucson, showing me why buying off lease was a better deal. I was still uncertain as to an upgrade so we test drove two different Santa Fe models. He did not pressure for an immediate decision when I said I wanted to come back with my wife. His low key approach was much appreciated. We did return the next day and ended up leasing a Santa Fe. The subsequent process was a bit long but I was able to drive away that same day with my new car, the fourth from this dealer. The Finance and management staff was also friendly and helpful in working me to stay within my budget. I would be remiss if I didn't also give a big shot out to Lenny the service manager. A major part of my comfort with a continuing relationship at City World has been the excellent service staff. Friendly professional service is their hallmark. More
