He was calm, respectful, and never pushy—something I truly appreciated as a first-time buyer with plenty of questions and hesitations. Mr. Devon took the time to explain everything clearly, walk me through the paperwork, and allowed me the space to think over my decision without pressure. While a few minor hiccups in the process kept the experience from being flawless (like slightly longer wait times and limited financing options), Mr. Devon’s composed demeanor and helpful attitude made a real difference. The online price seemed fair, but when I arrived, they added close to $11K in extras—dealer premiums, "pre-delivery inspections," and excessive fees that were never disclosed ahead of time.
