I’ve never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful in my life with customer service! Ever! I called to inquire about my loan and down payment that they have. He then catches a attitude with me because I want to know when I will be receiving my refund of MY MONEY. The sales representative Gilda Epifanio stated it would take 3-5 business days to receive my refund. She gave me her personal cell which is out of service. What a coincidence. When I called today he stated it takes 14 business days. How could it possibly go from 3-5 to 14 days? Do not, I repeat do not go to 3333 Boston Road Location. I have no car from them and out of my money for my down payment. I went to the location to talk to MANAGER JOHN PENA who was standing outside the dealership. He and others began to make insults me, calling me broke. Jumanni Hickson, Ruben Rosales even stated “that’s what broke people do”, “this is what happens when your broke”. How can you insult someone who was a paying customer. All men began to laugh and make fun of me because I questioned the situation. This dealership is mainly composed of men sale representatives. These man are so disrespectful to women. I’m sure if it was a man they would not have behaved that way. All because I wanted to know why I was lied to about refund and when will I get my money. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They only want your money, once they have it any customer service after that is out of the question. More
