I was pleasantly welcomed by Keith Dunkley in Sales (ask for him/you will not be disappointed) and we began on the journey of car ownership with the car requested. The process was further pleasant and straight forward with the Finance Manager, Dayden Carr. Not often can you say they SAVED you money!! Points I would like to make. Know that they work hard at getting your deal done. Go with realistic expectations and be upfront with your circumstances/budget. Be prepared to spend some time, which is a part of the buying process. Shop online as that may cut a few coins off your deal. LASTLY, tell them Ebony W. sent ya :) More

Unique I previously owned a 2010 corolla which whom i was very pleased with performance wise and with gas consumption. I was not planning on upgrading my car any time soon but Erick and Leo (manager) made it very easy and affordable for me, they broke down what a lease consists of and came to find out that it was the best fit for me. Plenty of perks and way more affordable than the finance i was previously in. These guys are great, very humble and honest. More

The rest was history, his charisma took me right into the sale, I had already been thinking about trading my car in and Erick was the cherry on the topping. It took a long time but he made it comfortable and fun for me. Shared some personal stories and even some laughs. He showed great costumer service and confidence, my credit is not the best but he told me not to worry about it, that he would get me approved because “TODAY WAS THE DAY”! Whatever that ment. I kept hearing everyone saying that phrase. Funny thing, I found out was, that what they ment was that “THAT DAY, HAD BEEN THE DAY FOR ME”! Great team, city world toyota has my money secured. Camry to Highlander I owned a 2018 Camry XSE which I loved but unfortunately I was not aware of its performance in the snow. I ended up needing something bigger and a bit more reliable like a highlander. It almost seemed impossible to change vehicles do to the negative equity, but little did I know Erick would make this happen. I worked with him closely for a few days and only good things can be said. As a salesman he is very concrete and enthusiastic, This is my 4th car and the sales experience was like none before. Very attentive and flexible in terms of options. The best guy Toyota has for sure. I wont be buying from anyone else that’s guaranteed! More
