I shopped for my Toyota for 2 months and researched trade in values for my used 4-runner. City World gave me a very fair price and the best trade in value I could find. In fact, several of my neighbors did not use Toyota North in Mount Kisco for the same reason. Courtesy and honesty go a long way. I will definitely use City World and Devon again. It was the best car buying experience I've had so far and I am no spring chicken. Also, I LOVE my 4runner. :) More

Upon the end of my lease I returned the car in amazing condition back to dealership, in such great condition that Gene even asked if I drove the car often. That was July 2012, I signed my odometer statem condition back to dealership, in such great condition that Gene even asked if I drove the car often. That was July 2012, I signed my odometer statement and Gene said thank you for your business. As a loyal customer, leasing 2 cars, paying on time- I get a letter 6 months later from a collection agency saying I owed $364 for wear and tear!!! I immediately called Gene, who in turn said "oh you didn't know it goes back to Toyota after we inspect it for a second time to be checked again? It was in the FINE PRINT. I said, so the car gets inspected AGAIN without me being present? He said yes, you should have known that." As a consumer, we all know, you build trust with sales people, develop relationships. I said why wouldn't you have brought that up when I gave the car in? His response was I should have known. I never received a letter from Toyota, a call no communication at all, except a letter from a creditor. After speaking to GENE again, he said a lot of customers go through this and he apologized and said to call TOYOTA. I called and of course no one could help me, they said it was my fault and to dispute I could fax a letter to them. Of course, I haven't received a response from them, Gene said there was nothing he could do so now I am stuck with collections stamp on my credit. THIS after all I did was pay for 2 cars, on time and brought back the cars in great condition. IF you ask me, this is a HUGE scam on their part. I've leased other cars in the past and this has never happened. That is why I gave CITY WORLD the rating I did. They don't deserve anything better, as loyal customer with amazing credit, I expected a lot more on their part. NEEDLESS to say I WILL NEVER LEASE FROM CITY WORLD TOYOTA AGAIN nor will the 12 people who I recommended. More
