My experience at this dealer is lesson learned! The salesman is a scam/con artist. Never do business with people that don't look you in the eyes. The finance person was inexperienced and wouldn't look salesman is a scam/con artist. Never do business with people that don't look you in the eyes. The finance person was inexperienced and wouldn't look at me when explaining that I couldn't get the deal I signed for with the salesman. I paid the down payment and had the keys in my hand, the car was on the curb, and I could have had it if I paid more than what I signed up for. In my personal opinion that's not how business should be done! More

For example... the warning that this review/critique meet certain requirements OR ELSE it won't be accepted can only be regarded as a threat/advisory. == VERY PRESUMPTUOUS ON YOUR PART!!!! - and worthy of a revisit. I was put off by the "bribe" (that's how I viewed it) once all was said and done to provide my sales rep and the dealership with a great review in exchange for which I would receive a free detailing. The worst part is that he played the "my struggling family" card. I thought I was going to hear violins! Good Grief. The deal was done. One thing that salesmen often forget to do is put themselves in the shoes and mind-set of the person(s) they're dealing with and see things through their prospect's/customer's eyes. My last grievance has to do with the content and layout of your literature which required a tremendous amount of review and scrutiny to understand. When a prospective customer is trying to evaluate features, benefits, economies, and exactly what is being offered it should be presented in a clear, straightforward and easy-to-understand way. The customer should NEVER find that they're more confused after reading your literature than before they picked it up. I've been the the presentation and corporate communications field for many, many years and I can tell you with authority that your literature is in serious need of improvement - you'll sell more vehicles. I earnestly hope that you take my feedback to heart and that my comments are "accepted"!!!! More
I have a leased Honda and was shopping around before the lease was up. The salesperson who assisted me, Devon Lyncook, addressed all of my requests and kept to the budget I had in mind. We went over several lease was up. The salesperson who assisted me, Devon Lyncook, addressed all of my requests and kept to the budget I had in mind. We went over several vehicles I was interested in and which were also on sale. I was very pleased with his expertise and also his input as far as trying to keep as close to the budget I had in mind. I am pleased to say that due to his help and expertise I decided on the Venza and am very pleased with my purchase. I have previously leased from Honda, Ford and Nissan but through all of the information given to me by Mr. Lyncook about the Toyota vehicles I think I will be a returning leasee. More
I went on line and asked for a quote one morning I had been thinking of a new car for quite sometime, later that afternoon I recieved a phone call, the young lady was polite and offered a test drive that been thinking of a new car for quite sometime, later that afternoon I recieved a phone call, the young lady was polite and offered a test drive that same day. I made an appointment for later that week. When I went in for the test Drive I meet Devon, He was bright, bubbly and ready with information about my vehicle, he was also nice to my mom who was just along for the ride. Devon listened to me recognized that I was not just a woman who knew nothing about cars but a woman that had research deeply and knew what I wanted he didn't try to sway me or out right change my mind but instead he gave me more info gave me comparisions and really listened. Overall I was justed happy with how much I didn't feel pressured by a sales man who just thought I was another sale. Devon was Great. And I would recommend and even look to buy another car for my son there. More

I am in the market for a Prius V. I am getting competitive bidding at several dealerships. These guys are the only ones who gave me a price they would not honor. Of course it was the lowest price competitive bidding at several dealerships. These guys are the only ones who gave me a price they would not honor. Of course it was the lowest price of the many dealerships I went to, they never had any intention of honoring it! They pulled every trick in the book. They played kind of a good cop/bad cop act, with Jimmy trying to be the nice guy, and Rob being the hard guy. I ended up getting an out the door price of 26, 900. Now we all know that "out the door" means after taxes and fees. The FINAL price. But when jimmy came back with the paper work, the price was like 900 dollars more than what we agreed on. They claimed the destination fee was not included in the "out the door" price. That is ridiculous. I repeatedly said I want to negotiate a price with all the fees and taxes included. And I repeatedly said I do not want the price changing on me at the last minute. That is the only way to negotiate without getting screwed. These guys tried to screw me anyway and wasted many hours of my valuable time. My wife and I are both very busy with work, school, and kids. We went in being up front and honest and expected the same in return. THESE ARE THE ONLY GUYS WHO DID THIS TO US. Real sleezy guys. I have to purchase credit monitoring now because they took all my info including social security number, driver id, and the rest. I would never recommend buying a car from them unless you desire to pay much more than you should. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL THROW IN UNEXPECTED FEES AT THE END. I suspect any good reviews are done by the workers themselves or people who are clueless to the fact that they payed way too much for the car they bought. DONT LET THE SMOOTH TALKING FOOL YOU. LOOK UP "ROB GRUHL HOW TO BUY A CAR" ON YOUTUBE. This 6 minute video exposes all the tricks cars salesman use and how you can get the best deal on your new car. This video predicted everything they did to me. I am putting my search on hold till presidents day, and will probably go to new rochelle toyota. The guys there treated me honestly and straight to the point. They had good prices as well. Jimmy and rob, you guys lost a sale over 900 dollars. I hope business is doing well. More
