Jim Johnson was great. He helped me get into the Corolla I wanted at the price I wanted. I told myself I was just going to shop around and try a few dealerships, but after Jimmy explained all my leasing vs I wanted at the price I wanted. I came to city world because I was looking for a Rav-4. The prices kept changing and I just felt very uncomfortable. When I came to city world I was greeted by Julio, and I told him that I wanted a car, that I wanted to drive away the same day, but that I had already walked out of one dealership for all the funny business with the numbers. Julio told me not to worry and that he would take care of me and make sure I understood the whole process. He put up with alot because after my experience at the prior dealership I was on edge, and had my guard up. I must have asked him every question ten times. He never lost patience with me. He definitely did a good job gaining my trust, and turned a bad experience into a good one. I recommend him to anyone. More

When I was looking for a Sienna in the dark gray color the sport comes in I called around and couldn't find it anywhere.
