I am in the market for a Prius V. I am getting competitive bidding at several dealerships. These guys are the only ones who gave me a price they would not honor. Of course it was the lowest price competitive bidding at several dealerships. These guys are the only ones who gave me a price they would not honor. Of course it was the lowest price of the many dealerships I went to, they never had any intention of honoring it! They pulled every trick in the book. They played kind of a good cop/bad cop act, with Jimmy trying to be the nice guy, and Rob being the hard guy. I ended up getting an out the door price of 26, 900. Now we all know that "out the door" means after taxes and fees. The FINAL price. But when jimmy came back with the paper work, the price was like 900 dollars more than what we agreed on. They claimed the destination fee was not included in the "out the door" price. That is ridiculous. I repeatedly said I want to negotiate a price with all the fees and taxes included. And I repeatedly said I do not want the price changing on me at the last minute. That is the only way to negotiate without getting screwed. These guys tried to screw me anyway and wasted many hours of my valuable time. My wife and I are both very busy with work, school, and kids. We went in being up front and honest and expected the same in return. THESE ARE THE ONLY GUYS WHO DID THIS TO US. Real sleezy guys. I have to purchase credit monitoring now because they took all my info including social security number, driver id, and the rest. I would never recommend buying a car from them unless you desire to pay much more than you should. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL THROW IN UNEXPECTED FEES AT THE END. I suspect any good reviews are done by the workers themselves or people who are clueless to the fact that they payed way too much for the car they bought. DONT LET THE SMOOTH TALKING FOOL YOU. LOOK UP "ROB GRUHL HOW TO BUY A CAR" ON YOUTUBE. This 6 minute video exposes all the tricks cars salesman use and how you can get the best deal on your new car. This video predicted everything they did to me. I am putting my search on hold till presidents day, and will probably go to new rochelle toyota. The guys there treated me honestly and straight to the point. They had good prices as well. Jimmy and rob, you guys lost a sale over 900 dollars. I hope business is doing well. More

Jim Johnson was great. He helped me get into the Corolla I wanted at the price I wanted. I told myself I was just going to shop around and try a few dealerships, but after Jimmy explained all my leasing vs I wanted at the price I wanted. I didn't know exactly what I wanted/needed, but he was helpful by educating me, and showed me the differences in options, and was not pushy Sienna. I came to city world because I was looking for a Rav-4. The prices kept changing and I just felt very uncomfortable. When I came to city world I was greeted by Julio, and I told him that I wanted a car, that I wanted to drive away the same day, but that I had already walked out of one dealership for all the funny business with the numbers. Julio told me not to worry and that he would take care of me and make sure I understood the whole process. He put up with alot because after my experience at the prior dealership I was on edge, and had my guard up. I must have asked him every question ten times. He never lost patience with me. He definitely did a good job gaining my trust, and turned a bad experience into a good one. I recommend him to anyone. More

When I was looking for a Sienna in the dark gray color the sport comes in I called around and couldn't find it anywhere. When i called City World, I was told that they would locate it for me, but I had t the sport comes in I called around and couldn't find it anywhere. He showed me the exact vehicle I Thought I wanted, but after seeing it side by side an Le I realized the Sport had alot more features than I needed and I would never used. He was very patient with me and I ended up with an Le Sienna and a very comfortable Payment. More
